64 bit PCI vs 32 bit PCI Slots...

PCI Local Bus Speed - Operating @ 33 MHz or 66 MHz. By doubling the operating PCI clock to 66 MHz, the bandwidth of the PCI bus is also doubled from 132 MB/sec to 264 MB/sec.
